Moved from PA to GA on Monday. Was told my things would be delivered between Monday-Wednesday. It’s now Wednesday. They are saying maybe Friday or next week until I receive my things and no reimbursement. They also quoted me $300+ under what it actually cost to move. Look elsewhere. And this is a parent company of others such as City Jump so beware before you book elsewhere.
Very dishonest company. The total price was more than double the price of the quote.
Very bad experience. If I can give -5 rating I would like to give it. They extort money , lied and scratch house while moving. And you will never get your stuff on time . Please read carefully contract as they promised my stuff will deliver within 1-3 days but we got it after three week. Worst company ever. Don’t use them.
