My phone needed a battery replacement (it completely stopped working), and they let me know they had a battery they were able to install for me. After paying around $90, my phone was working and the problem seemed to be fixed. When I got home, however, I noticed my phone giving me a message that I should replace the battery, and it wasn't working well. I visited to replace my screen protector. The service was efficient and quick, and I was welcomed by friendly staff. The quality of the screen protector itself was excellent, and the installation was done without any bubbles. The staff took the time to ensure everything was perfect before handing the device back to me, which I really appreciated. Overall, a seamless experience. Highly recommended !
I dropped into Future Tech in McAllister Mall yesterday with my Samsung Tablet. I had attempted a battery replacement at home and my tablet stopped working altogether. The man at the counter checked it over and corrected my mistakes in about 5 min, no charge. My tablet is working again. Great service. I will definately go back in future and will recommend to friends who need tech help. Thanks guys!
I brought my phone is to get the back glass I broke fixed. There was an issue right after, and they gladly took it back to look at it and take care of it. They have integrity and honesty and I was very satisfied as I walked out with my phone and it has been working flawlessly.
Had an amazing experience. Brought in an old tablet that I haven’t used in years. Forgot all login information and figured it was no longer useable. The staff at future-tech were amazing. Very friendly and patient. They had the tablet up and running in 15 minutes. Highly recommend.
