my phone had stopped working and I brought it in to future tech hamilton at Limeridge mall Feb 15 in the evening. I dealt with Moked Sohail a young indian man and he did a fantastic job of diagnosing and repairing my cell phone. It needed a new battery and after about 45 minutes I walked out of the store with my phone working and only needing to be charged up. polite understandable and very professional. Thank you for having such a fantastic employee working at your shop.
