Fantastic shop, my wife's phone decided to "die" this morning and although it would still ring and accept calls the screen was blank. When I tried to restart it the phone brought up the restart button but pressing it had no effect, took it to Future Links and the gentleman behind the counter had a look and at first thought it was a screen problem, when I explained about the restart issue he managed to reset it and then checked it, all working perfectly now! What a "STAR". I've used this store for several years buying, over the years, replacement cords, connectors, mobile carrying cases and mobile cases and always found the store and staff to be most welcoming and helpful. Today though ... exceptional. I'd downloaded a "health" app to my phone (that turned out to be a virus). Calling at 02 - my provider - for help was to no avail ... the assistant wouldnt even look at my phone or offer advice! However, at Future Links it was quite the opposite.
