This company stole $12000 from my partner and I, they were paid on time and all documents were submitted in October before the visa was due in December. They never lodged the visa, they then proceeded to ask if we could pay it with a credit card as they had spend some of the money already (after we already had payed it in full) and they would pay us back. We will be seeking legal advice on how to proceed, do not seek FIA migration agent's service!
