Craig, Joe and Amy handled my mortgage refi with an educational sales touch and locked me into a really low rate. Amy handled the underwriting process making sure I kept up with all docs and nuances that makes this process frustrating with all the new annoying regulations. Lastly, Amy and Craig worked out a complicated closing process as I was trying to get out of town on vacation as we were approaching the rate lock deadline.
