Bryan Bowmer with Future First Lending was amazing in handling our new VA home loan! He was a delight and polite to speak with and was always available to talk to at any hour of the day. He was very prompt in getting information back to us and gave us a closing date that did indeed close on that date!! Just a short 25 day escrow! He had more than fair mortgage rates and really excelled in transparency, helpfulness and making the whole process easy. Awesome experience. Bryan was very straightforward and responsive. We applied for a refinance of our home loan, got a 2% lower interest rate, and closed the loan in less than a month. Very easy to do. All online until the final signing with a notary. Highly recommended!!
