Felicia Pasculli is very unprofessional. Her responsibility was to meet with all family members and discuss the process and mail/use personal service ( someone – NOT a party to the case – must personally deliver the court documents to the other side. ) Regarding, My Brother’s Estate for every one to review and consult with other professionals. Instead,, she gave it to one family member to distribute. I signed a document under duress. I did not know what I was signing. It was a set up. Than, , she forwards me the original doc... read more
