Had a great experience both here and with the team in Brooklyn. They were very detail oriented and organized. It's rare these days to be able to call and speak to actual people who actually work in the store. They were very accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend.
My husband and I found this store online while searching for quality sofa beds in the area. We had a few criteria: simple design, not made in China and in stock. Alicia from Comfort Pure in Newark was so great and helped us find the perfect sofa bed and worked with her team to deliver it to us quickly. I'm very happy with the service and especially the product! We ended up purchasing the Boston sofa bed which offers storage for extra blankets and pillows.
The *** mattress *** is from them (not the frame), and it's great, it's a Kodiak full size I worked with them mainly over the phone and the staff is extremely helpful and made the process easy. Would definitely buy from them again.
We had a wonderful experience with Futonland. Found them through online searches and took a chance traveling to Newark from Philly burbs. Maria Baez assisted us in trying to find futon that would best fit our room and she was a joy to work with. From finishes to arm widths that would fit our space and fabric choices that matched for cover and throw pillows. Igor from the Brooklyn store handled scheduling our delivery and it went great including setup. We would definitely shop there again
I recently purchased a mattress and had an incredibly pleasant experience. Maria assisted and was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me to the perfect mattress for me and my husband!. The delivery was prompt, and the mattress exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and comfort. I highly recommend the store and the excellent customer service provided by Maria!!
