I always have a great experience with this company. I bought a wall hugger futon from here years ago. The salesperson was helpful in finding a comfortable mattress in store that makes it into a great guest bed. Almost ten years later, it's had lots of use and been moved more than a few times, but it's still in fantastic shape.
