After an exhaustive internet search for the perfect sofa bed, we came across this company. I had some idea of the furniture I had in mind, as we wanted something that converted into a bed without having to open it and had an old-school mattress. They have different options and prices depending on your budget! Well made product! Arrived packaged well and arrived super fast, almost before I hung up the phone. Directions could be a little more detailed but manageable. Would definitely purchase from futonland again.
I’ll be honest — I was super skeptical at first and thought Futonland might be a scam. I took a chance anyway and placed my order, and I’m SO glad I did. Loved the customer service experience. Great product, they care. The only hiccup was the installation. They just kinda threw it together and didn’t pick up after themselves. I had to fix a few small things myself so, I give 3/5 for the whole “white glove delivery”. But that’s just seasonal (just seemed like friendly college kids), I wouldn’t diss the product or overall experience. Futonland is great.
This was truly one of the smoothest purchases I’ve ever experienced. From Aliya’s wonderful help in the store to the prompt delivery just a week later, everything went perfectly. The futon itself is beautiful, exceptionally well-made, and even better than I imagined. I couldn’t be happier - thank you for such a seamless experience!
