Was there on Friday 8/8/25 for 11:00 am opening. No one shows till 11:20 am. The man has no explanation, no apology just an attitude, so we took our business elsewhere.
Outstanding selection! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The selection is amazing, and the quality is fantastic...much better than the last one I purchased online....This is one of those things you have to see in person. Well done Futon World!

This place is amazing! They were very helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly! They came and set up our futon sectional in a very short time! I would recommend Futon World to anyone!
Even though I didn’t buy anything during my visit to Futon World, it was a great experience. Angel was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail without any pressure to purchase. The store was neat, clean, and well laid out. Excellent customer service like this is hard to come by—I highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for quality futons and professional customer service. I’ll definitely be back when I’m ready to buy!
