Mo from Futon World was fantastic. Courteous, very mindful of ensuring no damage to my home and just a great guy. They had to get the Murphy bed up to the THIRD FLOOR, up two very narrow staircases of my 1860s home in Lambertville. They worked so hard to get the job done. Thank you so much Mo (and your assistant) for your professionalism!! I also love the bed! Beautiful and comfortable.
As soon as I entered Futon World and spoke with the saleslady (apologies I didn't get her name), I knew I had come to the right place. I was looking for a good quality mattress for my futon that would last. The selection was vast and prices very reasonable. The delivery was flawless as I requested late Saturday, as late as possible and he came at 5:45 which was perfect! Thank you for making this experience smooth and effortless.
Futon World is the place to go to experience firsthand a wide selection of fine options. I love the range available. I only needed a mattress, but I appreciate how frames, covers, and other items can be custom packaged to suit any need. Angel was amazingly helpful in walking me through the selection process.
