Nice stuff. Nice New-Agish lalalalala sales folk. Overpriced. They are a local monopoly, except when you can pick up something at Wal-Mart or the odd close-out at Sam's. But the DELIVERY SERVICE is a farce. Rude, in-your-face, grotesquely unpleasant people with absolutely NO customer service skills. If you must buy from them, make sure to make arrangements NOT to use their delivery service. It stinks. The epitome of bad customer service, even by Memphis standards.
