I bought twin size futon and tatami mat from them. The quality of the mattress is amazing and the tatami mat is sturdy as well. iv been using it ever since and no problems what so ever. Their support was also really responsive and helpful when shipping it out to my home. A well deserved 5 star review
I ordered the boreal tatami mats queen size, they are beautiful. The smell? I am very sensitive to smells and was worried for the first week about thinking it was too profuse. Especially the first smell out of the box was quite strong and off putting to me. After a solid 4 weeks of sleeping on them, the smell does not bother me at all as it is quite a pleasant now.
