Bonjour à vous, ça fait déjà un bon moment que je suis cliente chez vous et j’aimerais savoir quand vous allez pouvoir offrir des services de rembourrage pour recycler nos vieux FUTONS aplatis avec le temps??? C d’hommage de voir un bon tissu avec un beau zipper de qualité se faire jeter comme ça … au Japon ils offre le service de rembourrage chaque année . J’espère un jour que ça va se réaliser… merci et bonne journée a vous
Their customer service is wonderful! I ordered a bolster as a gift from there, but ended up wanting to change the shape & colour of the bolster for the recipient after ordering, and their customer service was so friendly and accommodating and quick to respond. The product shipped quickly and is excellent quality.
We ordered a Shikibuton and tatami mats from Futon D'or and the customer service was amazing! They helped us change our order to arrive in time for our visiting family and when everything arrived to Vancouver it was perfect. The shikibuton has been really great for our back issues, would 10/10 recommend.
The team at Futon D'or was such a pleasure to work with. They sent us (over in Vancouver) a couple rounds of fabric swatches until we could decide on the right colour. In the end, we are super happy with our new futon cover - it fits perfectly & honestly it's such a nice upgrade from the old one. I really appreciate that the side cushions came assembled with their cover already on as well. Thanks so much, we're really happy with our new cover!
