I had such a great experience at this store today! I needed a stand for my banner, and even though my banner was quite long, the staff worked really hard to find the best option for me. They were so polite, helpful, and patient throughout the whole process, even when I was making my payment. I also bought some tape and accidentally forgot one at the store. As I was leaving, one of the staff members actually ran outside to give me the tape I had left behind. That kind of honesty and customer care is rare to see these days! Am... read more
