After carefully waiting two years before posting my review, I can confidently say that Justin's assistance in creating a customized security and home entertainment package was exceptional. They installed the security system for the house we bought. The security system was supposed to have the option to self monitor however FusionPoint refuses to give us the pin to fully access our security system. The pin they gave us was incorrect and would not have allowed us to actually use the system as self monitoring.
