After carefully waiting two years before posting my review, I can confidently say that Justin's assistance in creating a customized security and home entertainment package was exceptional. They installed the security system for the house we bought. The security system was supposed to have the option to self monitor however FusionPoint refuses to give us the pin to fully access our security system. The pin they gave us was incorrect and would not have allowed us to actually use the system as self monitoring. They told us we would have to pay them to monitor it for us which is not what we were told when we bought the house by the agent and builder (new build not custom) and is against what the company who made t... read more
