Kathy was very knowledgeable of what is required and helped alleviate my concerns about the situation and even set up a sleep study so I would have the most current results to present to the FAA examiner. I am very satisfied with everything Sleepcharge related! Their customer service is top notch. From the very beginning, they got me easily set up in the program, very quickly got all my equipment shipped to me, provided 1 on 1 assistance to teach me how to use it, and also to make adjustments as needed with the CPAP and mask until I was happy and comfortable. I am new to the SleepCharge experience. I have had a cpap for many years and they got me setup with a new cpap and have been very helpful assisting me get back to sleep after many years of not sleeping well. I’m beyond thrilled.
This year my insurance required me to use Sleep Charge for my sleep apena and sleep specialist. I am so happy they did! I have had sleep apnea for over twenty years. First I was assessed and sent a new machine. I love how easy it is to use and Sleep Charge monitors it often. I can discuss things with my sleep coach.
