This year my insurance required me to use Sleep Charge for my sleep apena and sleep specialist. I am so happy they did! I have had sleep apnea for over twenty years. First I was assessed and sent a new machine. I love how easy it is to use and Sleep Charge monitors it often. I can discuss things with my sleep coach. We decide if a change needs to be made they can do it for me remotely or I can do it on my own. The customer service is wonderful and my supplies are shipped out automatically. SleepCharge / Nox Health product delivery, service and follow up is excellent. I have used them for several years and they’ve been very consistent and helpful. Most recently, Derek went above and beyond to make sure I received my order and had all the supplies I needed. I’m very appreciative of all their support!

I’m amazed with the customer service I’ve received from SleepCharge! Very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant. I had the worst experience with my previous company. The difference is like night and day! The cost is less than half of what I paid the other company. SleepCharge has a great concept, they only handle sleep issues and are great at it! Thank you to Clay and Julie for the wonderful support.
The people at Sleep Charge do a fantastic job of getting my CPAP supplies to me in a timely manner. I just wished there was a way to automatically set-up 3 month supplies.
