I visited Fusion for the first time in Sept 2024 and loved my experience. I returned in Sept 2025 and they remembered me and treated me like an old friend. I've experienced the best massage ever and so I returned for 3 more additional massages that week. Their products are wonderful and I will be back again in 2026.
My massage was done by Vero and she was really great! It was my first time doing a massage, and I wanted to try one out after a skiing the day before. She walked me through the process, and asked what areas we wanted to focus on. She did a great job and made me feel comfortable! Would come back again next time.
Went for a couples package. The atmosphere was amazing , relaxing and calm. It smelt great entering and was greeted by the front lady. Very nice and sweet. Walked us through the steps. Mud bath was refusing calming and nice. Perfect water temperature. The massage therapists were great very professional and know what they are doing. Very kind and understanding. Will definitely be going back in the future when doing B.C travels. Me and my bf felt great leaving.
Update Aug 2025 - Tried the new red light therapy bed, what a Zen 30 minutes, thank you! Also brought home some of the Beauty from Bees body serum in lime. Love that there is always something new to discover. Scheduled myself for a massage and had an extra bit of time, the Fusion team suggested I start my massage with a sugar scrub and it was such a great decision. Do not hesitate to ask for Galit, she is a gem.
