Terrible customer service - when I entered the establishment I was given a crumbled paper to sign. When I tried to reschedule the owner charged me $75 for a $60 massage and made up a 24-hour cancellation policy. Then proceeded to write on the back of the medical signed document that the company has a 24 hour cancellation policy. I am disputing all account with my bank - avoid this establishment at all cost. Very unprofessional!
I am an avid spa-goer, & I get massages at least weekly in the area. I had never been to Fusion, but I was seeking a great package for a couple's massage. When I saw the special (chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, hot tub, infrared sauna, plus oceanfront massages) for the price ($60 less than any other spa in the area), I then carefully perused reviews.
