Biggest mistake ever. We purchased a sofa and chair because it was made in America and the quality would be exceptional. That is not the case the cushions are so bad it like no cushion at all. Discount Furniture Gallery in Wilmington NC told us it takes 15 weeks to get answers about quality of product complaints. So we are stuck with this crap. Hopefully we saved someone else the pain and anxiety of dealing with these folks.
Do not waste your money on anything made by this company. The couch we purchased looks like I’ve had it 20 years after only 18 months. The material pulls and sags, its piling, stains soak in this cheap fabric immediately so good luck cleaning it. I do not recommend
My wife really liked the style and comfort of our furniture we purchased in 2015. It has not held up, however. With moderate use, the back cushions have gone limp. All the material in the back cushion fall to the bottom of the cushions making it no longer comfortable or attractive. Replacing furniture after 4.5 years was not the plan.
