Recently I had to have work done on my MTB Trek bike. My dropper was not function properly among some other things. I have gone to the shop several times and do a great job on service, the quality of the work as well as the dialogue and I feel right at home. They are personable and real down to earth. I highly recommend!
Luis went wayyy above and beyond in helping me purchase a bike to be picked up by a friend and driven back to DC. He was very accommodating, friendly and professional. Absolutely a five-star experience.
