Their lease return process was smooth and hands free, however, I’m the type of person that likes to be present for things for liable reasons. They pick up your car and do their lease return inspection at another location and you’re not allowed to oversee it or contest any issues on the spot. Other than that, it was good, and I didn’t have any surprise return fees.
Karissa Leasure has been so professional and caring throughout this process. Her multiple e mails and phone conversations have always been so pleasant as she shows so much patience and kindness.
