Friendly, clear professional service.
Awful experience, unclear lease terms, and extremely rude account managers. I would not get a lease through fusion again even if they paid me. They charged me for some milage used after my vehicle had been turned into the dealership. When I called to ask about it, I was met with hostility and anger. Oscar was EXTREMELY unprofessional yelling at me that this is not a customer service line and kept calling me "guy". Unacceptable and unprofessional on all accounts. I'd give zero stars if I could.
Very smooth transaction. Would do business again. Fusion is a good, flexible way to lease a vehicle.
