Elmer here is very knowledgeable and helpful. My company was trying to find a very hard fuse to find and he went above and beyond to help us locate it. Unfortunately for us we thought we had just blown a fuse on our machine but we were wrong; it turned into something larger so we didn't end up ordering but he was quick to reply and quick to help us out.
