Beware. This firm is contracted with the Williston PD and the city. They have many conflicts of interest. They make you hang on, so you have to pay your defense attorney money and get you to plea out on all misdemeanor cases. The whole Williston legal system is corrupt.

Before signing up for their services they explained the transfer process, how long it would take and approximately how much it would cost. They completed the work exactly the way it was needed and the fees were lower than I expected. I highly recommend them for mineral rights transfers.
