Holding my property hostage! Be careful you may get your fur back damaged or not at all!!!! I have stored my fur here for 10 years. The service is sourly but adequate. When I came to pick up my coats for the season my blue fox coat was hanging with the rest of the items on the stand. Mr. Martin did not make any attempt to bring it to my attention but there were pieces of the coat hanging torn off the coat. Not in the seam. Simply strips of the fur hanging of the coat. I found Furs By Martin on the Internet. I wanted to purchase a Blackglama mink coat and found Mr. Martin's prices to be the best in Dallas. His coats were thousands less than Neiman's and the best selection of sizes and styles of all the furriers I visited. I loved the ambiance of the store. Once you shop here you will not go anywhere else for your furs. The price that I paid for my coat was close to half of what Neimans wanted. The store has a cozy feel with a classy look. I brought My wife's coats in for cleaning and storage after hearing that this furrier was voted "Best Fur Storage in Dallas by D Home Magazine".....I visited with Mr. Martin for a few minutes and found out that he cleans and glazes every coat himself.
