A tough one. They are a block away so the convenience is great. They are never crowded and the customers that I meet there are friendly. But, they are expensive though it may have something to do with the neighborhood. My biggest pet peeve is that they are bored and unfriendly. When I spend money, I expect a thank you. I never remember receiving a thank you. So I go there occasionally if I have to have something immediately. Otherwise I get my thank you at Whole Foods and through online shopping.

Horrible RUDE staff and overpriced! – First of all, they are overpriced, but I thought I would overlook that because they are close to my apartment and they deliver. However, after spending $70+ there one day on food and a toy for my cat, I realized that the ($6) cat toy had ripped apart (it is not supposed to) after less than 24 hours. My bike thrown on the ground and I was called a piece-of-sht by a staff member (in Spanish) – After paying over a 100USD for goods, I found that my bike that was parked outside has been thrown on the ground and another bike parked in its place. I got back into the store and I found out that the second bike belonged to the delivery person. I asked if he could move his bike to let mine out and he said: "Next time park elsewhere because that is my spot". Great selection and service – My dog's favorite destination on the Upper West Side? Furry Paws, of course! They always have our favorite foods and treats in stock, and their cheerful and efficient service (including prompt delivery) is most appreciated.

Worst Service Ever! – I was told my order was coming on a specfic day which did not and I called to confirm when the order was coming. No apologgies or nothing. This sales person named Enrique and the manager were acting like "So what if the bag didn't come. It comes when it comes. We are wasting time over a bag of food." I cannot believe how HEARTLESS these people are. It is a big deal isn't it if those two didn't have the food they eat a day but when it comes to DOGS, they are just dogs and it is OK. Convenient! – I love Furry Paws because I can call them to deliver what I need--with a 110-pound dog, that means a BIG bag of food every couple of weeks. It's ultra convenient, and I only had to put my credit card number on file with them once. Now I just make a quick phone call and shortly thereafter, some poor guy brings thirty pounds of dog food to my doorstep. Good customer service, very reliable, prices are very good as well.
