Very helpful and great service.
I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named suray, Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke in a disrespectful manner and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. What’s worse is that she was not honest, and this is not the first time we’ve experienced poor treatment from her. This seems to be a repeated pattern, not just a one-time issue. Customer service should be respectful and welcoming, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
