Beware. This firm is all about the dollar and will bill you for every little thing. Kimberly, the CPA doesn't take calls, but you can make an appointment to talk to her which will cost you $200 an hour. Their employee turnover is ridiculous. I've counted up to 8 new people and never knew who was working on my account. Many times, my stuff had errors. Do some research. Look up court records. This place shouldn't be on business.
Tax year 2013 there were multiple errors on the taxes, and staff was rude. I noticed for tax year 2014 most of those people are gone; however, emails are not answered, phone calls are not returned. Kimberly set an unrealistic due date, and then filed used the due date to file extensions on a lot of people. This will be the last tax season I use this firm/Kimberly.
I would recommend the Furrh but had issues with the associates part and Judy there is RUDE.
Excellent CPA . Very Knowledgable. I highly recommend her services.
