Fantastic customer service. Rosebud wicker suite, just beautiful, classical style and wonderful quality. Not flat packed... solid! The only assembly was the tabletop, sliding the glass on! So easy. So comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble, just go here first. We highly recommend. Just an update 10/10/2025, the Rosebud wicker is a beautiful, classical suite. We get so many compliments. Go here first, we saved money and will never regret it. Looks like the day, we bought it, well done FurnitureOkay!
Stone Outdoor Dining Table (180x100cm) nice table and sturdy, but the stone table top has defects like pitted stops on the stone
Thanks to Danny for all his help with ideas and options. Within 24hrs we were sitting in our very stylish and comfortable new garden furniture. Lots of compliments from the neighbours too!
Recently purchased Manly outdoor lounge and dining setting, Crossray outdoor kitchen, Crossray outdoor range hood, kitchen bbq cover and Nano portable electrical heater. We are extremely happy with all our products. All products are of a high quality and competitively priced. Danie and his team were informative and their service was exceptional. We would definitely recommend the assembly service. Well worth the extra money !!!
Unsatisfactory customer service. This company uses couriers please as a courier which has a negative rating and in my experience the delivery wasn’t received. I contacted furniture okay for assistance in resolving this matter and received one email response and then no further response. It was clear the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and is at fault as evidenced through photos. Yet, no response to conclusion from either furniture okay or couriers please.
