Initial delivery took a while, and when it arrived, a washer was missing and one of the chair legs had had its bolt holes drilled incorrectly. Team was very responsive (immediately onto a human by phone, and very quick response on WhatsApp), and the replacements arrived by courier the next day. Great product at great pricing. Came across FurnitureOkay by chance but found that they stock items better than major retailers at lower prices. Had a small issue on delivery of our outdoor dining set which was quickly resolved, so you can certainly deal with FurnitureOkay with confidence. Will return for future outdoor furniture needs.

Really disappointed with my experience. I placed my order almost a month ago and still haven’t received my parcel. The company used M3 Logistics, which has turned out to be one of the worst delivery services I’ve come across. No tracking email, no updates — nothing at all. I’d strongly suggest the company stop using M3 Logistics and choose a more reliable courier.
