Recently purchased Manly outdoor lounge and dining setting, Crossray outdoor kitchen, Crossray outdoor range hood, kitchen bbq cover and Nano portable electrical heater. We are extremely happy with all our products. All products are of a high quality and competitively priced. Danie and his team were informative and their service was exceptional. We would definitely recommend the assembly service. Well worth the extra money !!!
Unsatisfactory customer service. This company uses couriers please as a courier which has a negative rating and in my experience the delivery wasn’t received. I contacted furniture okay for assistance in resolving this matter and received one email response and then no further response. It was clear the delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and is at fault as evidenced through photos. Yet, no response to conclusion from either furniture okay or couriers please. I have made two purchased from this outlet. 4 years ago I purchased a stylish, imitation cane outdoor lounge/ dinning suite & I use it in our family room - 2 dinning chairs, a couch, a large casual glass top table & a footstool . I went to showroom, Danny served me and was very helpful and had great customer service. He organised delivery for next day and kept me informed of delivery when it was going to be dispatched and when it was dispatched. A couple hours later I got delivery. Thank you Danny.
