I waited 3 weeks for my sofa set to arrive. When delivery men came they dented the apartment wall. The apartment manager charged me for the dent. I called this company 3 times for reimbursement for the repair, no response as of yet.
Don’t buy anything this people are scammers me and my friends we purchase for sofa which it cost over $3000 they send me different one and they say you order the same one because they Shaw us different they deliver another
Please do not buy from here the delivery guys were nice but they told us that if there is any damage we could replace it so we found some damage and wanted to replace it but when we called them and they said it was final sale and lied to us. We sent so many emails but they did not reply for a long time but when they finally replied they told us final sale and they said nothing else. Even the sales man told us we could replace it
!!!DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! IM VERY FURIOUS. Biggest joke of a furniture place. Spent almost the same amount as I would've at a proper furniture store. but the Quality is like you grabbed the couch from off the street. Salesperson with the lisp and glasses was the absolutely worst to deal with. Seriously, you guys need to invest into a better salesperson. He does not help and is very rude and lied about my delivery date.
