Ordered a king sized bed with headboard. First one arrived damaged (torn material and cracked foot) and the driver didn't hang around to even get a signature, which to me looked like he knew it was damaged, seen through the clear plastic wrapping. Reported issue, and was told a replacement base would be 1 to 2 weeks, but took 5 weeks and several emails. Replacement arrived, and one of the drawers in the base doesn't close fully.
