After 7 months of owning the $1400 dollar "custom" couch I bought, two of the cushions began to rip at the seams. I called since and spoke to three different people, some twice they told me replacements were on the way. I never recieved a thing. They told me there was a mixup with my address. "Fixed it." Still nothing. I once recieved a phonecall from the salesman, who assured me he was going to take care of it. He never followed up either. AMAZING customer service! Neil is very knowledgeable and is willing to go above and beyond to answer your question and give you exactly what you want! Many options to customize with design and fabrics.
Neil was so helpful and patient with helping us pick out our furniture. We flipped through catalogs on two separate days and he was so accommodating. Plus we LOVE our new table and server. It was exactly what we wanted and Neil got us a great deal! Highly recommend!
