We purchased a bed from Vermont Furniture World Of Vermont and experienced a problem with it a short time later. We tried contacting the owner several times to ask for help. Having no luck with the owner, we contacted the manufacturer of the bed who in turn reached out to the owner. She refused to come and look at the bed unless we paid her $25.00 for “her time”. We will never again purchase from this company. Buyer beware of Vermont Furniture World Of Vermont.

wow what an angry milkman!!!!!! do you really expect a store to take back a pillow with hair on it??? I'M Sure there are rules with any store about unsanitary returns. I would not want to by a used pillow!!!!! i have always had a good experience at furniture world and when i saw your post i had to respond.

Well this post is about two years over due. Here is my experience. I purchased a complete dining room, and living room off them. About a yeay later I went back and purchased a double wide recliner and three pillows that were $65.00 each. I asked that if my girlfriend found that these pillows to be to hard if I could bring them back. The owner (don't recall his name) said sure as long as I did not take the plastic off them. i recently went shopping at all the stores and found furniture world to have the best quality and selection. i have sent several of my friends to this store and they all were happy with the quality.
