The worst customer service, they really don’t work with you It’s almost like they already judged you when you come in with their fake greeting. If you don’t like the floor display and you wanna customize it to your likes and not the showroom display they have no interest in helping you. (Lakewood Town Center)
We visited several places looking for a comfortable couch, and this store stood out. They have a great variety, and the prices can’t be beat for the quality you get. Richard was extremely helpful!

First off, furniture purchasing is never easy or straightforward as it seems. That being said, Furniture World NW turned that phrase into a myth.
