The couch cushions went flat in less than a year! The warranty you pay extra for is a scam that they offer from Guardsman. Not sure if the new warranty company they are working with now is trustworthy and I really don't want to find out. Getting ripped off doesn't feel good and the cost to get rid of this makes the situation that much worse.
Brandy was patient, friendly, helpful, and made the process simple and stress-free. I really appreciated their knowledge and no-pressure approach. Very satisfied with both the service and my purchase!
Prices were okay, but it takes weeks to get your order and it will be even longer if you want delivery. We opted to be refunded our delivery fee and just pick up our couch ourselves in order to get it 2 weeks earlier. We called ahead and were told this was fine, but when we came in to person we were met with an extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly staff member that seemed plainly inconvenienced by us being there.
