Price is comparable to other furniture stores but delivery system needs improvement. Takes too long to deliver. And after the wait, my brand new recliner did not work. The chair was supposed to help me in and out as a disabled person but the control was defective and I and the chair movement controls actually got 'stuck'! One day after delivery I have a useless electric recliner in my living room! I'm hoping to get a complete replacement and NOT have to wait another 3 weeks to get my chair. Rawcliffe sectional cushions go flat in less than a year and aren't covered by the warranty you pay extra for. The ONLY reason we bought the warranty was to cover the cushions going flat and now they aren't "covered at this time". Huge waste of money for an uncomfortable couch that didn't last even a year. Edited to add: I contacted the store letting them know the couch was less than a year old and cushions were already painfully uncomfortable.
