Brandy was a huge help. She even helped us load our couch.
I was calling and asking to talk with the manager, and one guy with the name BRANDY ,left me at the phone didn't say nothing , and then I was calling again y answer again the phone and when I asking the name of the manager he left at the phone . THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHATS WRONG WITH ASKING THE NAME OF THE MANAGER AND WANT TO TALK WHATEVER WHO IS...IF IS LIKE THIS BY PHONE I DON'T WANT TO GO TO KNOW HOW WILL BE IN PERSON... I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

The worst customer service, they really don’t work with you It’s almost like they already judged you when you come in with their fake greeting. If you don’t like the floor display and you wanna customize it to your likes and not the showroom display they have no interest in helping you. (Lakewood Town Center)
We visited several places looking for a comfortable couch, and this store stood out. They have a great variety, and the prices can’t be beat for the quality you get. Richard was extremely helpful!
