We purchased a new couch only to find one recliner side was damaged when we got it home. This was not the floor model we sat in, ours came from the basement. During inspection of the piece we then got to see it was constructed of cheap OSB chip board and the framework was bent on one recliner side. When we called to inform them, they said NO RETURNS without a 25% restocking fee. So we return their junky piece of furniture, took the $200 hit and went to find a reputable dealer.
Very filthy store, young teenagers sitting around furniture that is for sale eating as if they were in their own living room, filthy area rugs which were also for sale, when we inquired about area rug after overpaying for the dining room table and 4 chairs, she pointed to the filthy one under the table the kids were eating at, and told us to look around they are around here somewhere, and made the excuse they were a little disorganized having not been open that long.
