We were kind and businesslike when we needed to postpone the chair and ottoman which we paid for and which took 3 months to receive into the store at aberdeen.We were given the runaround numerous times and lied to several times as well. At this point we shall take them to small claims court for their ineptitude and exceedingly horrendous performance. Love the prices, but if you have an issue, the customer service isn't the best. The sales people are very friendly and helpful. The only problem is if your furniture shows up and you discover a problem after the truck has left. Who knows when you might get your problem taken care of as I sit here with an issue.
