I purchased a £1,300 bed 13 months ago, I paid for the company not only for delivery but for them to assemble the bed as due to my disabilities it would be hard for me to assemble it, it's a bed with storage under it so I hardly use it, but yesterday I needed to get something from under the bed and one of the metal arms had come off, I called the company and they said I would have to pay someone to fix it, I understand that warranties have a self life but 13 months for something that is hardly used and was not assemble by me... read more
Nicy in the shop on Duke Street was absolutely fantastic, she went above and beyond, was very patient and couldn't do enough to help. The quality of furniture is top notch, I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great shopping experience
Do not come here unless you're planning on spending a thousand or over i walked in an straight back out shocking prices!!! go to scs instead I've just got a lovely 3 seater for 345 with a 100 delivery fee better than the prices these are charging
