OMG!!! They just left….It took them about 20 minutes to deliver and set up a sofa and recliner, to the second floor. When they left we could not believe what just happened. Why? Because the other set we ordered from Ashbrook was refused, not by us, but by the drivers who did not want to deliver to the second floor without charging more $$. Forget the big stores…Bob’s, Jordan’s, Bernie’s. We have been married and living in the same house for over 50 years, so we have tried them all.
