Horrible horrible horrible quality! Spent over $1000 on a couch last year.. now I'm sitting on the floor trying to find a new one. The structures broke all the stuffing has come out.. worst purchase in my life. A few people have talked to me about looking into this place and I always tell people to stay away! Save your money and find better quality elsewhere!
I got the infinite L shape couch with reversible chaise. They were good with delivery and I was able to assemble it without help from anyone. The couch itself feels like good quality for the price , I paid about 400 on sale , it’s usually 900 something I think.
Sales associate (Vinny) was very pleasant and helpful. Delivery men brought the seational right into my home with no questions asked! Only thing was the instructions to assemble were very vague and pieces weren't labeled (example: A,B,C etc..)
CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS! Worst customer service ever I have experienced in ten years in Canada. So we bought sofa set from them in last December which was then delivered in January 2025. So on Delivery, we and the delivery guys noticed that one of the sofa was damaged. So I email the store with the picture and asked him what can be done to fix this.
