From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff who were eager to help me find exactly what I needed. I hope to change my review. Ordered 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything. Not an email, shipping update, nothing. I have emailed twice now to get an update and I have not heard back. I feel like I've been scammed and I'm preparing for a return/refund. Service has not been good so far.
The whole sales experience was incredible. Vinny was extremely helpful in finding out what we needed in a sofa and offered us some great advice on the purchase of our two sofas. The delivery guys were also amazing. They were respectful of my home and were very friendly. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.
We purchased two custom sofas and are very happy with how the turned out. The delivery was on time and very professional. Definitely check them out !
I bought a couple of couches from them that arrived ripped and damaged. I spoke with them and they said they would help me out by sending fabric. But they are deliberately avoiding my phone calls. They have terrible customer service and the couches are overpriced and not well made.
