Very bad service
It’s been 3-4 weeks, no communication or delivery. Customer order number: 161697452 Update: After speaking to 3 customer service advisors, the Cambridge store, trying barnet store 4 times in the last 1 week, still no news or update. Its been almost a month with no response and I would really appreciate someone calling me back! It’s 2023 — still no resolution!
This branch is located inside the Friern Barnet retail park which is easily accessible by bus from Arno's Grove station followed by a short walk. The branch has a huge variety of sofas lighting, beds and dining furniture. Upon first arriving the store was well lit and everything was spaced out nicely with two floors.
