Ordered 6 dining room chairs… took way too long to get them over 10 weeks and then they shipped wrong amount missing two chairs They phone me to tell me my other two chairs have arrived I go there and they are not there. It seems they don’t know what they are doing and they think I have nothing better to do than drive there… terrible customer service at the G and L location on Hutchings. Train your staff better!

I really want to commend and recommend the two gentlemen that delivered my huge sofa and dishwasher. They really went above and beyond for us and I am so sorry I didn't ask for their names again before they left. Super friendly, professional, helpful and determined. I am so happy that they persevered when the Brick would have just given up. Huge thanks to the delivery team!!
