Bought a couple of appliances, one do not delivered on time. I called to know the ETA , their answer ‘we do NOT know’ finally the associate blocked my phone!! The items arrived so far 5 star But the associate
Great service, quality furniture,. When I need any furniture or appliances I always go to Furniture Villa because I know I won’t be complaining in the future about broken cheap furniture and the staff goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. They are all very kind and funny.
Admittedly, I didn’t really know this store existed before visiting it back in March. Glad we did!! We purchased an LG fridge, stove and microwave as well as Frigidaire bar fridge and Amisco stools from Victor and co at Furniturevilla Brand Source. Victor was very easy to deal with and due to the length of our home reno (still going on) he was very gracious enough to let us store our order in their warehouse. If you want the best quality of products and the best customer service go see Victor at Furniture Villa…. He is very professional and matched the price on my couch, delivered it to my house in 3 days and looked after a factory flaw the next day. He swapped it out with no problems. Delivery guys were careful and very friendly !!! I ordered a couch from the Brick Originally and had them deliver it 3 times to the wrong location and had to take off 3 days of work. Walked in and around the store, would have loved to talk to someone, but the only 2 people we saw were at the desk avoiding eye contact with anyone who walked in. Not so good on the customer service
