Awesome customer service... Extremely easy process, Jo was my sales person. Professional, hilarious, and got me the best deals possible. Amazing. Delivery fellas were easy to deal with and great folks had my stuff in and put together in less than a half hour max. Great fellas would definitely recommend.
I have purchased all of my appliances from this Furniture Villa. Many places sell the same brand, but after comparing, their prices were the best. Their delivery is always on time and preformed by professionals. Their customer service is second to none. I called the Maytag corporation help line, talked to 3 different people, and could not get an answer. I called Furniture Villa and got an expert correct answer immediately. Best customer service ever.
In the hottest week of the year my fridge decided to break down. This, being my first shopping experience buying appliances I stopped in at Home Depot and Costco to snoop out fridges, figuring out what I needed to know, intending to hit Furniture Villa in the morning. I am grateful I didn't not buy at either of the big box stores. FV made it so easy for me.
