I ordered an Aspenhome bedroom set through a local furniture store. I waited almost two months for the furniture to be delivered. When it was finally delivered the base of headboard was missing. This means I'm left with an incomplete bed that can't be slept on. Either Aspenhome didn't include it or the furniture store misplaced it in the warehouse. Seeing how the furniture cant find it in going to put the blame on Aspenhome for not having all parts.
Will never buy from this company ever again. Delayed delivery for one bookshelf, 5 times. Customer service? Nope. They have 3 staff for customer service, and apparently noones voicemail works. Good luck. With both ashley and aspenhome. Left my number 3 times, with the human receptionist, receptionist has 0 authority on handling requests. Buyer beware. I'm still waiting.
We got there today at 8:30 am and right to a door and loaded and out of there at 9:51 am. Very nice people that work there.
