I purchased 2 sofas that coverted to a sleeper. I also purchased the extended warranty . They are very helpful up until you sign the papers. I had the sofa a year and fabric started tearing. I called the store and was told they would take care of it. Well they avoid phone calls so I went to store and was told service would call me back. Well that was 8 mo ths ago and Im still waiting After months of back and forth I was told nothing could be done bc they don't have that fabric anymore Long story short sofa went in garbage it... read more
