We had purchased a double over double bunk bed three years ago still together have moved it a couple of times great quality. Now we were looking for some type of a couch. Didn’t know what we really wanted. Let the guy know that we were gonna have one day to think about it no pressure whatsoever came back. We are very delighted with the furniture we purchased @ Furniture Time in Sacramento where they have a huge selection and beautiful collections. Mary, Romina and Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate our wants, likes and dislikes. Special thanks to Kevin, who is such a great and professional store manager to work with, he is very caring and result oriented.
Me and my daughters came in right before they closed looking for a couch and a dinner table. Mary was a great sales she gave us multiple deals and communication was excellent. We found everything we were looking for less than a hour being in the store.
I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the furniture we purchased from this store. From day one, the recliner we bought made a strange cracking sound. Despite being told it was under a 1-year warranty, every time we called for help, the store gave us excuses and delayed sending someone to fix it. It feels like they’re avoiding honoring the warranty. Additionally, we were promised that other items we purchased would be shipped brand new, but instead, they sent us the same table we saw in the store. This ... read more
