They know their beds. I just bought my matress there. A great experience from beginning to end.
Not impressed. Went looking for a medium sized dresser. I was fine spending a decent amount of money but after I said I wasn’t going to spend $500 on a faux wood dresser I was told I should go to goodwill or savers. I went to Becker Furniture instead. Way better prices and better staff.
I highly recommend making a trip to Furniture and Things! They have such a big space to walk-through, with well-made furniture. My husband and I were able to furnish our home with various pieces, and couldn't be happier. Craig has assisted us a few times and always is so kind and friendly! He answered any of our questions and the delivery crew have always been amazing! We couldn't be happier with the customer service we've received and are going to enjoy our furniture for years to come!!
very happy with my experience here. I was searching for a cheap tv stand and was greeted by a very friendly lady who made it clear that they don't work on commission. She took her time in helping me find one that suited me, and was very helpful in getting it delivered (which was free!). Never felt pressured or rushed, even considering my budget. I forget the salesladies name, but her number according to the delivery sheet was 338. 10/10
Customer service is key with these folks! We had a very good purchasing experience here but where they really earned their good reputation was the customer service they showed me today at pickup. Our item we purchased was in, and when we made our purchase we were told it would be available at the warehouse. When making our plans to pick up, I googled the warehouse but couldn’t find it so we just went to the store for pickup.
