I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at 𝗙𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗱𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻. I placed an 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 #𝟭𝟬𝟯𝟵 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 and was 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 that the items were 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘴𝘢𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘯𝘰𝘯-𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦. This policy was 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀, and had I known, I would not have gone through with the purchase. We placed a large furniture order at furniture superstore for an Airbnb property we were setting up. We ordered medium mattresses that we had tried out in the showroom. The mattresses we received are the firmest mattresses I’ve ever felt and the tag on them says firm. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue with furniture superstore and get the medium mattresses we ordered, they have not offered any solution but for saying they will soften over time. I had a really wonderful buying experience today with Simran and Jaime. There was no pressure, they were both extremely helpful and informative and I got a really great deal on some nice stuff. Plus they were able to get me financing for 15 months no interest. Definitely would recommend shopping here!

Micheal and his helper Filamon did a fantastic job at delivering our new furniture. Also helped me move a few other pieces of furniture. Very polite. Friendly. Highly recommend them both for furniture delivery.
