Ok so I really did not want to do this as, I thought customer service was amazing at first. I ordered a sectional on January 18th, they told me 3 to 4 weeks, I was ok with that, the set ended up coming in less then 2 weeks which was amazing. My issue is i had paid for remove and dispose, ended up giving my couch away to a mother in need, called then on January 22nd and was told they would refund the fee, which i have yet to receive, all I am getting is the run around. I purchased a king-size bed and two nightstands from this store and was promised delivery within 6 to 8 weeks. It’s now the 9th week, and I haven’t received anything. They don’t answer calls, and when I visited the store two weeks ago, they assured me I’d get my delivery the following week—but still nothing. At this point, I have no idea what the quality of the furniture will be, but their delivery service is absolutely terrible. The lack of communication and unfulfilled promises are beyond frustrating. I do not recommend shopping from this address. I bought from them and they delivered and the delivery workers were not polite and they put the items on the floor. I do not recommend buying from them. I paid for them to enter the house, but they did not bring the items in.
I purchased a set on November 15 and was assured that it will arrive in 3-4 weeks tops. It’s been 2 months now and to no avail I haven’t received anything as of yet. I keep getting pushback from the employees anytime I check-in and today they told me the delivery truck broke down. This is absurd and not how business is conducted.
