Namebrands but are they seconds? Unfortuantly we bought a new boxspring and mattress at this store.We thought that since it had the namebarnd on it it had to be ok right? WRONG! Less than two years later we have a big bump in the mattress.It's large enought to be noticable when the bed is made.We had also looked at furniture here but after tipping it to see underneath we decided it wasnt made very well,especially for the price. PROS: None CONS: Not very well made merchandise
OK Experience Beautiful Store; great merchandise; helpful salespeople. However we were quoted incorrect prices more than once and when we finally received our furniture, one piece was from the floor and we weren't even notified about it. Still no resolution on this 2 months later.
Too Big I think the store is way too big. There's too much stuff to look at they need to downsize a little bit. They do have some awsome brand of furnature. From Ahsley to Lay-Z-Boy and Berkly
Very helpful and biggest store and nice salespeople The people at the furniture superstore were very nice and helpful it was the biggest store I seen and Josh was alot of help we bought a sofa and loveseat and they delivered it the next day the other had to order it it and was going to take 8 weeks it looks great and we sent my mom in to buy her mattress and glider and you help her so thank you again and we will tell all our friends how great you guys are Gary and Sue Lebel
bad custumer service be very aware that all sales are final,they will not give you your money back if you change your mind,even if its minutes after they get it.store credit is the best you will get from them.
