We purchased a custom couch and love seat from Furniture Story. When we were unsure of which fabric and colour to choose, the Manager said he would send a colour coordinator to our house with the swatches so we could match the furniture to our decor. It took three months to receive the furniture ( we were told that upfront). The delivery was timely, and the delivery men were careful not to damage our walls.
