They totally took our money and ran! We paid half for the new couch and now it looks like we will never get it!

Has anyone been able to contact the owners? I ordered a sectional in May with no update and have tried calling, emailing, and finally had to make a long drive in person in mid August just to find out it would be another month at least. The voicemail box is full. I have called dozens of times and no one has ever answered. The store hours have been taken down and show as temporarily closed.
