Worst customer service when I ordered a coffee table and dinning table they said it will take 6-8 weeks to arrive but it took almost 5 MONTHS to arrive

It says on the door and on the map that it's supposed to be open till 7, but it was closed at 5:50 PM. I drove 45 minutes from the west end of London to come to this what a waste.
Drove here, and the store is not open. Change the hours on your website. It's after 10:30 there is no sign stating holidays or hours have changed. Disappointed.
